All-4-Fun FAQ

If registering manually, a check or money order for the registration fee must accompany your registration. Electronic registration will allow you to use a credit card to register.

Participant registration is a minimum cost of $375 per vehicle for up to five people. If you are not a club member, you will also be required to purchase a Limited Membership for an additional $50.

Registration fees are non-refundable.

There can be any number of licensed drivers on a registration, but only one can be designated the “registered” driver.

Online registration for the 2024 All-4-Fun event closes June 1st.

No on-site registrations are allowed. All participants must pre-register, including MHJC members / volunteers.

The All-4-Fun base camp is in Buena Vista, Colorado.

Check-in begins Saturday, July 20th at 8AM. There are no accommodations at the All-4-Fun camp property before that time.

The camp closes down on Saturday, July 27th. We ask that all participants are off the property by NOON.

The days can be cool and the nights cold. Average temperature in late July is 60 degrees for the highs and 34 degrees for the lows. It will be cooler on the trips that go above timberline. We recommend that you bring a lot of sunblock for the sunny days. There may be thunderstorms periodically throughout the week during that time of the year, depending on how the monsoon flow. So we also suggest that you bring some rain gear.

Vehicle trailers are not allowed at your campsite within the All-4-Fun property. There will be a designated area on the property for trailer parking.

Dogs are allowed, but you must have a current registration and rabies certificate available, and they must be on a leash at all times. Dogs and bikes are NOT allowed under the big top at any time. We ask you to be respectful towards your neighbors and also clean up after your pet.

This depends on local fire restrictions at the time of the event.

IF there is a fire ban, only above ground propane fires and BBQ grills (that can be shut off with a valve) could be used, wood or charcoal fires and grills would not be allowed under fire restrictions.

IF there is no fire ban, we will allow participants to use above ground fire pits or metal fire pans that will leave no trace.

All vehicles must either be street legal and insured or they must be trailered to and from the trail heads. Vehicle trailers cannot be stored at your campsite on the All-4-Fun camp property. Designated trailer parking will be available within the All-4-Fun camp property.

Trip sign-up will take place nightly at the event for the next day's trips.

Watch for more information posted to the MHJC website about the trails will be available at the 2024 All-4-Fun event.

We will provide several meals, plus an ice cream social during the event. In addition to the meals, soda, water and adult beverages are available most evenings and most of the day on Vendor day.

Yes. There are more San-O-Lets around the camp that are maintained throughout the week.

Yes. We will be providing black tank pumping service mid-week for an additional $100 fee.

No electricity will be available. The campsites are considered “primitive” and will be on dirt and/or grass.

There typically gas stations within a short distance from the All-4-Fun Base Camp.

We will not have water at camp, but you should be able to find water nearby.

There are typically auto parts stores in the surrounding area.

Yes, we will have a mobile repair shop available on site provided by one of our vendors.

There may be some cell phone coverage at the event site, but it may vary, depending on your exact location.

You will receive contact numbers for the County Sheriff and Colorado State Patrol in your final registration documents.
