Membership Process

THERE ARE NOW TWO WAYS TO BECOME A MEMBER OF MILE-HI JEEP CLUB

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SPONSOR, PLEASE SIGN UP AS A SUPPORTING MEMBER. 
This gives you the best opportunity to learn about the club, get to know members and find a sponsor. After you find a sponsor you can move up to active membership.

SUPPORTING MEMBERSHIP - If you do not have the time to become an active member of Mile-Hi Jeep Club but you would still like to support everything that our club does for Land Use and Charity you can now join as a Supporting Member. You are not required to do anything but go on-line and join to become a Supporting Member. All Supporting Members of the Mile-Hi Jeep Club additional benefits*, such as a Colorado OHV Permit.  As a Supporting Member you can still participate in most Mile-Hi Jeep Club functions. This is a great way to meet the members of the Patrols and learn more about this great club so you can hopefully become a MHJC Active or Associate Member someday.

Apply for Supporting Membership

• Complete the MHJC membership application on-line and pay the Supporting Membership Fee.
  
• Once paid, your membership will become active.

ACTIVE & ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - In order to apply for Mile-Hi Jeep Club Active or Associate Membership to Mile-Hi Jeep Club, you are required to find a Patrol, or an Active Member of a Patrol to sponsor you as a new member joining that Patrol. Working with a sponsor gives you a chance to talk to someone before joining, and it also gives us a chance to meet you! All Active and Supporting Members of the Mile-Hi Jeep Club will receive additional benefits*, such as a Colorado OHV Permit or memberships in land use organizations. New Active and Associate Members will receive a MHJC License Plate and (2) MHJC Decals when they join. 

Ways to find a sponsor:

• Attend a Parent Club Meeting
  • Held on the third Thursday of every month at 7pm
  • Westminster Elks Club (south door, downstairs)
    3850 Elk Drive, Westminster, CO 80030 
  • New member meet and greet after every meeting for all guests and prospective new members
• Participate in a Greenhorn Run
  • Open to all new and prospective members
  • Sign up on the MHJC Calendar
• Other MHJC Events, Public Off-Road Events, or Meet and Greets

Apply for Active or Associate Membership

• Complete an MHJC membership application you will be asked to provide your sponsor's name.
  
• Your application will be reviewed by Membership and your sponsorship confirmed.
• Membership will contact you with any questions.
• Once approved, you will receive an e-mail with a link to pay (or you can mail a check or pay in person at a Parent Club meeting).
• Once paid, your membership will become active and you will be assigned to the Patrol that sponsored you.

Membership Application

• Membership Cost: Supporting Membership $40/year, Active & Associate Membership $72/year 
• Membership expires 1 year from the day you join

Membership Renewals

Need to renew your membership? Log into the website using the primary member login, and look for the renewal icon in the top right corner of the screen. Avoid a late fee** by renewing before your expiration date!
